LUNORA Return & Refund Policy

At LUNORA, customer satisfaction is our priority.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

The item must be in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene and personal care reasons, used personal care products cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
